These Easter blondies are SO easy and a fun little treat to make with your kiddos (without a big mess😬). Adapted from SallysBakingAddiction.com
You will need:
Box of white cake mixÂ
Bag of Easter M&M’s
1/4 c vegetable oilÂ
1 egg
1/3 c milk
Mix cake mix, oil and egg together by hand. Add milk slowly and mix together. Be careful not to over-mix...you don’t want a cake batter consistency. Pour into 9x9 greased pan. Sprinkle Easter m&m’s on top, pressing some down into the batter. 350 for 25-30 mins, until the edges are slightly brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
